A3 Commerce

A blueprint-inspired agency website that turns a complex Amazon operations offering into a precise, navigable service architecture.
The challenge
A3 Commerce spans account management, compliance, logistics, catalog, finance and advertising. The website needed to make that breadth legible without presenting the company as another generalist marketing agency.
The system
I translated the positioning into a technical editorial system: an architectural grid, restrained typography, eight dedicated service narratives and a deferred Three.js network that reinforces the brand without blocking the initial experience.
- 01
Position
Establish a policy-first Amazon operations partner.
- 02
Orient
Map eight services into a clear information system.
- 03
Explain
Give every capability its own focused narrative.
- 04
Convert
Route qualified visitors into consultation.
Decisions that shaped it
Architecture as brand language
Blueprint grids, measured labels and topology graphics make operational precision visible rather than merely describing it.
Progressive visual weight
Three.js is deferred until the browser is idle and its buffers are reused, allowing the first interface to arrive independently of the effect.
Depth over a long homepage
Eight focused service routes give complex capabilities room to be understood and keep each conversion path relevant.
Delivered
The completed site provides a cohesive public presence across eight service pages, corporate information, consultation intake and legal routes, with route-level code splitting and a carefully cleaned-up interactive canvas.
